greasepaw the explorer
04:03
|
|||
greasepaw was an ogre of origins unknown
his eyeballs were peeled lemons and his teeth were made of stone
he went around the world before he was fully grown
and now he works his @$$ off in this country built on bones!
greasepaw the explorer
greasepaw's awful dayjob a worker for nestle
they make him squeeze his eyes out in the lemonade factory
and though he wants adventure now he can hardly see
his tears consumed by people just like you and me
years go by he decides
that he has had enough
he quits his job and leaves behind
all of his stuff
he climbs up mt. katahdin on one last journey
he blissfully jumps off into sweet, sweet blades of green
and so goes the story of greasepaw dead at 117
an elderly ogre who lived out his dream!

requiem for angus
04:15
|
|||
he was born in an old trash can
and he picked up a trombone
he put it up to his parched lips
and he began to blow
sweet songs of an old land
that he would never know
the movements, quickly, of his right hand
struck me down beneath the bone
his face fell off in a plastic bag
in a forest for all to see
for he burned an american flag
and act of
blasphemy
and he spoke of revolution
but it fell only on deaf ears
he pissed upon the constitution
so they took away his years
and his lover tried to save him
but he just couldn't reach
he threw them down into the pavement
struck them down just like a leech
and his face fell off on a plastic beach
somewhere on a cold winter beach

when you are walking down the sunny springfield street
during the day or during the night
when i see you sleep
when bart is skating on through the purple sky
i look down at you and i begin to cry
yeah
milhouse i love you
milhouse i will never leave you
when i am walking down the sunny springfield street
i see you with your red shoes
strapped onto your feet
i look up to you and stare into your eyes
i look down at you and i begin to cry
yeah
milhouse i love you
milhouse i will never leave you
milhouse i'll never throw up on you

i shaved my head in the pale moonlight
just like the goblins would
i saw them that night
deep in the woods
i saw him lifeless,
that friday morning
grey scales, upside down, floating in his
crystal town
until tuesday

i built a shrine to you last night
i never thought you'd see it
i know it's complicated
i tried to hide it when you arrived,
but you still saw it
locked away in the closet
i know it's complicated
but now you know
how i really feel
& now you know
how i see you
milhouse i love you
milhouse i will never leave you
you said you'd say it when pigs fly
so i looked for a wizard
who could fill the skies
now the sky's all filled with swine
and you still won't say it,
i just wanna hear you say it,
i just wanna hear you say
but now you know
how i really feel
& now you know
how i see you
milhouse i love you
milhouse i will never leave you
you said there was another girl
who you
loved
more
i wrote a song for you last night
i didn't finish the lyrics
